We are happy to have Senior Service Designer Louisa Szücs Johansson with us. She loves to work with things that quite don't exists jet, always with people at heart and innovation in mind. We asked her some questions so you can get to know her better.
First couple of weeks - how does it feel?
– It feels so much fun! I’m super excited to be working with some great new colleagues and interesting clients. And I’m especially excited about the work I’m doing together with the organisation Coompanion in Skåne. I’m helping them to set up a design lab that will bring different stakeholders together and use design to try to create new solutions to societal challenges such as integration.
"The best thing about working with service design is that it is all about people – about discovering real human needs and imagining something better together."
We are happy to have you, but how did you make up your mind about wanting to work at Zenit?
– I have always had a good feeling about Zenit Design, both from meeting and talking with people working here and of course from seeing the great work that comes out. So when I decided to move back home to Malmö the choice was easy.
What is the best thing about working with Service Design and how did you end up in that profession?
– I have always been searching for a way to apply my design skills where it is most needed and can have a real impact on society. That journey has led me to work in new contexts for design such as public health care and the field of social innovation, which has been a great learning experience for me. The best thing about working with service design is that it is all about people – about discovering real human needs and imagining something better together.
What is your favorite time of the day and do you have any tip for the rest of us about how to catch the excellence of that moment?
